How are you celebrating the Italian Cuisine Week?
We were delighted to share our delicious Italian food with prestigious Accademia Italiana della Cucina (Italian Accademy of Cuisine) which is an important cultural institution preserving traditional taste in Italy and abroad. Maurizio Fazzari is the Chairman of its London delegation. At the Italian Cultural Institute in London we prepared the catering for “Profumi della tavola” event: it was organized by the Embassy Scientific Office, starring Sicilian writer Simonetta Agnello Hornby, after a talk about the topic “How our senses affect our diets?”. It was part of the celebration for the Italian Cuisine Week 2017.
Chef Oliveri made his magic!
During the week we had a great time at Food Matters Live: lots of info about nutrition and healthy food, in collaboration with the consortium First in Sicily. Chef Enzo Oliveri performed a well attended show cooking and he was also interviewed by the “Gastronaut” Stefan Gates: it was fun!
