“A Taste of Italia” at TastingSicilyUK: let’s explore together Italy’s treasures!
Tasting Sicily UK Enzo’s Kitchen hosts today the exclusive event “A Taste of Italia” (fully booked) dedicated to tourism in Italy.
It is organized by Ramblers Walking Holidays and Adagio, sponsored by The Italian National Tourist Board. Such a great opportunity to know more about our beautiful country and our islands: in particular, Italian places that guidebooks often overlook, for an ‘up close and personal’ experience.
Menu by chef Enzo Oliveri includes typical arancini, caponata, panelle, Primosale cheese, and the chef signature dish “Pasta with Pistachio pesto and black pig cheeks”. What’s better then ending a dinner with authentic cannoli with ricotta? Buonissimo!
